Meet and Greet
We would be there to welcome your guests on their arrival to your property, hand over the keys and show them their accommodation. Ensuring they were familiar with the appliances, locks, alarms etc.
We would act as an emergency contact number for your guests.
Welcome Pack
If you have a late arrival, or a Sunday, when shops may not be open, a welcome pack is a good idea.
You can customise this to suit your guests requirements.
Departure / Arrival Cleaning

- Cleaning kitchen top, sink and kitchen cupboards outside
- Cleaning oven, freezer, refrigerator, toaster, microwave etc.
- Ensuring there are sufficient toilet rolls and all light bulbs are in working order
- Empty bins and throwing out all rubbish
- Also checking that all appliances are in full working order and all china, cutlery and utensils are in good condition.
- All linen and towels will be changed, laundered and sorted in anticipation of your next guests.
Mid stay cleaning
We change linens and towels for your guests staying at your property for longer period, usually two weeks and more. We also do the quick scrub of the house, wash the dishes, clean the bathrooms, make beds and remove dust.
The mid-stay cleaning can be modified to your preferences.
Property care
We can visit your property weekly or monthly.

- Testing and checking all appliances, equipment and utilities
- Checking for vermin
- We will visit your property after the bad weather conditions to ensure the property is intact with no damage.
Regardless what we do in your holiday home, it is always after your approval and we keep you informed about all actions that are needed to be taken.
You will receive a detailed monthly report about the state of your property, guests feedback, recommended actions to improve quality of your property and actions already taken. Every work or action on the property won't happen without your prior approval. The rest will be taken care of by us.
